End-of-Year Tax Information
As tax season begins, you may have questions regarding the tax documents that you will receive from ORAU. Documents will be mailed according to the following schedule:
- U.S. citizens will receive Form 1099, which will be mailed by January 31, 2008.
- Lawful Permanent Residents and other resident aliens who are not eligible for a treaty benefit will receive Form 1099, which will be mailed by January 31, 2008.
- Non-resident aliens and resident aliens who are eligible for a treaty benefit will receive Form 1042S, which will be mailed by March 15, 2008.
